DAILY DHAMMA

Start every day with a short practise of the Buddha's teaching. Now.
Here is how:

The Pali Canon (Buddha's original sayings) very frequently mentions Dana (generosity), Sila (virtue) and Bhavana (meditation) as the pillars of a Buddhist's daily religious practise. Starting with generosity and building on our virtues we can take up meditation to train and appease our mind. To follow Buddha's advice and make a step towards Nibbana you are invited to practise exactly that - here and now, online :-)
